FAZIA-B was the first foal of Barakah Arabians - and what a start!
She was a very promising young mare. Super feminine with a "look at me-attitude", long legs, long neck, and a classic head. The few times shown she consistently had the highest scores in body & topline and legs.
She was curious and loved to work, preferable new tasks every time, but she was also a lady with an attitude and one would have to ask her nicely to cooperate.
Out of FLOTA (by ETAT) and sired by the magnificent Champion stallion GIRLAN-BEY**.
FAZIA was without any doubt the crown princess of the stud and the loss of her is a tremendous back blow for me. She was so mush more than a beautiful mare, she was that special "once-in-a-lifetime" horse. She was not a soulmate - Fazia was 100% her own, but she was absolutely my horse.
She was the first bred foal here, and due to that very special, but she proved to be much much more that this - a showhorse claiming various titles in her junior years but even more important she was a fantastic producer, passing only the best from herself and the sire to her offsprings. She gave me a filly and a colt -and showed me how easy she was in the breeding program. Look at the sire and you see the foal...
Progeny at the stud:
FAZANA-B (by EL SID) 2010, chestnut filly
FAZIT-B (By MONTHER AL NASSER) 2011, grey colt
Fazia... my baby...
You took everything with you. My dreams, my passion, my aim for my breeding.
You will always be the most important horse in my life, and noone - nomatter how spectacular - can ever succeed that.
My first arabian foal... and such a succes...
